Shipping Policy

At AROMA27, we process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 2–5 business days
• Puerto Rico: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. AROMA27 is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in locating your package whenever possible.
